What information should I share?

We'll need your contact information, an existing website URL, and any additional information you think is relevant to migrating your website. For example, if you are using an existing web CMS, who your current hosting provider is, and if you have any initial questions for us.

I don't have a site, can I still submit a request?

Yes. We are more than able to help you create a new site on ShoutCMS, and help you with the initial setup & customization. Please let us know a bit about your business and goals, so we have a better understanding of what type of solution you need with ShoutCMS.

Reviewing the cost

How much will it cost to migrate my website?

Your migration cost depends on your request, desired timeline, needed features, and design services (if requested). For smaller websites, our migration costs typically range from $2,500 to $7,499 depending on complex the design is. For larger, complex websites, our migration costs typically begin at around $7,500.

Do I get a cost breakdown of my request?

Yes. Once we've reviewed your initial request, we will want to meet with you (in-person or remotely) to confirm our understanding of your request. We will then prepare a quote for you to review, with all of the labour broken down for you to review.

Approving our estimate

How do I give my approval so my site can be migrated?

Please send an email or call the ShoutCMS representative helping you with migrating your website, letting them know that you've read & approved the provided quote. Once we receive this approval, your migration will be scheduled in to be completed.

Progress reports

Will I get updated as my site gets migrated?

Absolutely. A project manager will be assigned to your website migration, who will work with you to develop a way of delivering progress updates that works for you. During development, you'll get the opportunity to view your site being constructed on ShoutCMS, ensuring you get to review it before it gets set live.

Can I submit change requests during development?

Yes. If the need arises, you can request changes through your assigned project manager, who will provide a detailed breakdown of the cost associated with that adjustment.

Custom integrations and add-ons

Will my essential third-party integrations be carried over onto my ShoutCMS site?

This depends on the integrations, and our development team will have to investigate before we can say 'yes' or 'no'. These integrations typically involve a programming-related cost to add them into ShoutCMS, which we would provide to you for your review & approval.

Do I have to pay for adding features?

No. All of the features within ShoutCMS are built-in, meaning they are included with your monthly hosting cost. As our team releases new features, they will become available to you for free when your version of ShoutCMS is updated.

Support and training

What is included in my ShoutCMS training?

Your project manager will go through your website with you, explaining how everything is set up and configured. We personalize your training, so it includes the features and areas that you will be using most often with ShoutCMS.

How do I get support or help with ShoutCMS?

You can visit support on our website, or request assistance from the backend of your ShoutCMS website (must be logged in).
