Creating an invoice or quote

With just a few clicks, you can generate a professional invoice or quote from your ShoutCMS platform. Start by going to the Store area of ShoutCMS, and use the Create button.

Once you've selected the type of document you want to create, you'll be able to start populating it line items & notes.

Invoices

You can quickly assemble the various line items to your invoices, adding any necessarily information, discount, and price information if applicable for each item. You can add as many line items as you need, and can be as detailed as needed.

Once you're satisfied with your invoice, you can either send it directly to the contact, or create a viewable version that you can download as a PDF or print.

Quotes

Just like invoices, you can put together quotes that you can easily send to any contact in your ShoutCMS platform.

Getting paid, fast

If you are on the eCommerce hosting plan with ShoutCMS, you can configure your payment settings within your invoicing. This will allow your contacts to pay you directly, using a pay button that appears when the invoice is sent to the contact from ShoutCMS.

Managing subscribers

From your ShoutCMS platform, you can create subscription packages that your customers or clients can subscribe to. Subscriptions in ShoutCMS are designed to let you set up recurring payments for your contacts, which you can customize as much as you want.

Creating subscription packages

Using the Create button in the Store area, you can create subscription packages that are tied to the accounts of your contacts. Adjust it however you need to, and include any additional information if needed.

Viewing subscribers

From the Subscribers area of ShoutCMS, you can get an overview of all of your active subscriptions. You can check and see if anyone has missed a payment, and notify these users if needed with an email notification.

Conducting searches

Within the Store area of ShoutCMS, you can use the search tools to quickly find any store-related document you're interested in. By conducting a search, you'll be able to save time & energy - finding exactly what you're looking for with just a few clicks.

Regular searches

Add in your search query, adjust any search fields if needed, and click Search. You should then see a list of results that match your search.

Advanced searches

Located further to the right from the default search fields, you can generate a more-specific search if needed using the Advanced Search. You will be able to enter more information than a default search, which is especially useful if you're managing a large amount of customers.
